Refund policy

1. Digital Products and the Right to a Refund

All products on this website are provided exclusively in digital form (PDF files, audio, video, e-books, worksheets, and other electronic content).

In accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code:

Once a digital product has been made available, the buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

This means that after the delivery of the file or download link, a refund cannot be requested, as the product has been fully delivered.

Before submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they:

  • expressly agree to the provision of digital content before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period,

  • acknowledge that by doing so, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

2. When a Refund Is Possible

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

✔️ Technical issues:

  • the file cannot be downloaded,

  • the file cannot be opened,

  • the file is corrupted,

  • the download link does not work.

✔️ Error on the provider’s side:

  • an incorrect product was sent by mistake,

  • the customer did not receive access despite successful payment.

In such cases, the provider will:

  • restore access, or

  • issue a refund by mutual agreement.

3. How to Request a Refund

In the event of a technical issue, the customer may contact us at:

Please include the following information:

  • name and email used for the purchase,

  • name of the purchased product,

  • description of the issue (e.g. the PDF cannot be opened).

A response will be provided within 5 business days.

4. No Refunds for “Change of Mind”

Refunds for digital products are not accepted in the following cases:

❌ “The product didn’t meet my expectations.”
❌ “I just wanted to try it out.”
❌ “I don’t want it anymore.”
❌ “I purchased it by mistake but already opened the file.”

Once downloaded or accessed, the digital product is considered delivered.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional cases (e.g. human, ethical, or individual considerations), the provider may grant a refund at their discretion; however, this is not a legal entitlement.
