1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between me, as the provider of digital content, and you, as the buyer, through the Bushino.cz website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Buyer is any person who places an order for a digital product on the Website.

2. Subject of the Service

Only digital products are sold on the Website, such as PDF materials, e-books, worksheets, audio meditations, guides, electronic manuals, and other digital content.

Digital content is delivered electronically — either by email or via a download link.

No physical products are provided.

3. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

The Buyer places the selected digital product into the shopping cart and submits the order.
The contract is concluded at the moment of successful payment.

The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address to which the digital content will be delivered.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

The digital product is delivered immediately after payment, and no later than within 1 hour.

If the Buyer does not receive the email, they may contact the Provider using the contact details provided.

5. Consumer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract

The Buyer acknowledges that:

Once digital content is made available, the right to withdraw from the contract is lost in accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code.

The Buyer confirms this consent at the time of submitting the order.

This means that digital products cannot be returned, as they are made available immediately after payment.

6. Complaints Regarding Digital Content

A complaint may be submitted in the following cases:

  • the file cannot be opened,

  • the content does not match the description,

  • the download link does not work.

In the case of a justified complaint, the Provider will:

  • provide a corrected file,

  • restore access, or

  • issue a refund.

Complaints may be submitted via the Provider’s email address.

7. License and Copyright

All digital content is protected by copyright law.

The Buyer receives a license for personal use only and is not permitted to:

  • share the content,

  • sell it,

  • make it available to third parties,

  • modify it or claim it as their own.

Violation of the license may result in termination of access.

8. Price and Payment Terms

The price of each digital product is listed with the individual item.

Payment is available via online payment card or other methods supported by the payment gateway.

The digital product is made available after successful payment.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

I process only the personal data necessary to:

  • fulfill the order,

  • communicate with the customer,

  • deliver digital content.

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for the payment gateway provider and the email delivery service.

The Buyer may request deletion or modification of their personal data.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
